3 is an ideal product for small businesses doing mechanical service and
repair. The primary users are automotive and truck repair facilities. It is
suitable for other time and materials companies like bicycle shops,
motorcycle shops, outdoor power and equipment shops and boat repair
facilities.

ways. The best way for you to run Motive Power will depend on how much support
you need and how you are set up.
I would like to try it out – Motive Power is available as a
free
download (about 105 MB) or you can order the demo CD for $10. There is a
full set of data files on the CD to help you learn the program. You can add
some of your own data to see how well it works for you. You are limited to
starting 18 new tickets. Several utility programs are also included.
I need to give it a serious
test – Motive Power can be ordered 300 work order numbers at a time
for $100. This is ideal for a real world test for a serious shop. Those of
you with part time or one man shops might find that 300 work orders is
enough for several months of business.
