Motive Power evaluation is a free download. There is a full set of data files to help you learn the program. You can add some of your own data to see how well it works for you. You are limited to starting 30 new tickets. Several utility programs are also included.

After the installation is completed, click on the Motive Power Learn icon. This will finish your installation by installing the SQL Server 2005 Express data engine. After that finishes, click on the Motive Power Learn icon again. Enter SW for the user code, leave the password blank and click on Go.

When you purchase Motive Power we will e-mail you an engraving with your company name and phone to activate Motive Power.

You'll need at least 300MB of free space on your hard drive to download and install Motive Power. The installed program will take about 110 MB for Motive Power and its data engine.

We recommend that you make a new folder on your hard drive and put the download there.

• When the download starts, pick Save and point to your new folder.
• When the download has finished, choose Run. This will unzip the file and start the appropriate installer.
• If nothing happens when you choose Run, go to your new folder, right click the downloaded file, choose Properties, and then choose to unblock this file. Then double-click the file to run it.
