Why does Motive Power show me a second list of jobs done when I add some jobs to a ticket?

Motive Power keeps every job done as a complete job so that you do not have to re-create the details each time you do that job. When you go to do the same job title on the same make, model, and year it will fill in automatically. If you don't have an exact match it will show you the jobs you have done that are most similar to the current job. This is the list of jobs to pick from. You can choose to see a broader range of vehicles that have had that same job done. We made Motive Power so that it turns every job into a service job automatically. This means that you do not have to create a comprehensive structure of complete service jobs before you begin to use the program. Our experience has taught us that most shop owners don't have the time to create jobs in advance. The ability to keep all these details for re-use is one of the strong points of Motive Power.
