Shipping and handling - If
you have downloaded the demo, your engraved files will be sent to your e-mail
address. If you have not downloaded the demo, the Motive Power CD will be sent
to you via UPS in the U.S. and first class mail in the rest of North America.
This package will also include your engraved files on floppy disk if you are
ordering more than the demo CD. There may be additional shipping charges outside
of North America. We will e-mail you the exact cost of shipping outside of North
America before processing your order.
Returns policy - All Computer
Assistance products have a free or low cost, fully functional demo CD which
allows you to enter some of your data in order to evaluate the product. When
you place an order for the full product an engraving file is custom generated
for your specific company name and telephone number. We do not accept returns
of custom generated software. Please evaluate the free demo software fully before
placing your order for an engraved version.
Customer service - is available
free from support@computerassistance.com for products bought at the Internet
special price. Support for versions with one-on-one support come from your chosen
or assigned support specialist. Support for the first year is included with
one-on-one purchases. After the first year you have to option of renewing with
your support specialist or contacting e-mail support at support@computerassistance.com.
